Breakfast with Own Produce

If you wish you can enjoy our rich breakfast with fresh produce from our farm– perfect to start the day with!

You can book our breakfast in location at an additional cost of 15.00 € per person. For children we offer the following discounts:

Up to 2.99 years: free of charge

• Up to 7.99 years: 50 % reduction
• Up to 14 years: 30 % reduction

A true highlight if you want to fully enjoy your stay at our Farmstead Residence for families and children.

Pets

Four-legged guests welcome! Please inform us in advance when booking so that we can calculate our final cleaning. Otherwise we will charge a daily fee

Final cleaning

For electricity, hot water, garbage, gas, heating (if necessary), fresh bed linen, towels and our daily and final cleaning we charge between 100.00 € and 250.00 € – depending on the size of the apartment and the duration of your stay

Local tax

The local residence tax is 2.80 € per person a day (from the age of 14) in location and it is calculated separately in location.

Check-in and Check-out

Our holiday apartments in our farmstead residence are available from 03:00 pm on the day of your arrival. Please contact us in advance via phone if you should arrive after 08:00 pm.

We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment at 10:00 am the latest so that we can prepare the apartment for next visitors.

Reservation

After making a request or booking you will get a personal offer. If you click on ‘Book now‘ you will receive a personalized offer. The next step is to insert your data. In order to confirm we ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total sum due according to your booking. Please transfer onto our bank account.

Payment

We charge the amount upon arrival. You can pay

• Cash
• Bank transfer

or you may pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard).

Terms for Cancellation

• until 30 days before arrival: your deposit remains at your disposal for future stays
• less than 30 days before arrival: 30 % of your deposit will be retained for cancellation fees
• in the case of delays, early departure and no arrival we calculate the total amount of your sojourn booked
