What about starting your eventful vacation with a healthy breakfast? We are going to surprise you with a varied and nutritious breakfast with homemade jam and regional products. There is everything you desire – fresh regional products and farm produce, oven-fresh pastries, home made jams, fragrant coffee, South Tyrolean smoked bacon Speck and cheese from local farmers. If you wish to sleep in – no problem – you can have late breakfast, that is fine for us!

Enjoy the taste of fresh products! We daily offer breakfast with food produced on your farm. You can have homemade jam, succulent fruit, honey from our garden, fresh eggs from our own chicken, and freshly squeezed juices. Naturally natural! What is more, you may choose between fresh apples, apricots, plums, pears, nuts, strawberries, red and black currants, crisp vegetable and aromatic herbs from our garden – on our farm in the middle of South Tyrolean nature we grow all ingredients needed for a healthy and tasty breakfast.

We place great value on local high-quality ingredients. If we cannot offer our own products we buy them from local farmers. This way we can guarantee fresh quality products - bread, tasty ham and cheese and more South Tyrolean specialties. You may taste varied seasonal produce and thus support sustainable South Tyrolean agriculture.
